Attributed to Bernard Leach

Four tiles, two plain, the others with images of a Snail and an entwined Snake and Turtle (the image of the East Asian ‘Black Warrior’) respectively, the latter bearing the Leach Studio mark, the whole in the form of a trivet with set wooden borders. Approx. 11 1/4 in. by 11 1/2 in. overall.
